New Life Fellowship is led by the Lord Jesus Christ through godly leaders that He has raised up. The Elders have been called by God, appointed by the Lord, and confirmed by the people to shepherd the flock. They oversee the spiritual growth and issues of the families and individuals who are a part of this covenant community.
Each elder has been tested and has walked out a year under the supervision of the other elders and pastors. Then, he is appointed to serve for as long as he is walking with Christ and is an example to the flock.
Together the elders serve as a ministry team cared for by the pastors.
We also have deacons who serve the temporal needs of the people.
